Our policies — open and transparent
Who each policy is for, what it means in plain English, and how to tell us when something is wrong.
Why everything we do is open
- We are licensed. Equation Limited (company no. 16877403), trading as Equation Recruitment, holds Fair Work Agency licence EQUA0007, valid to 29 April 2027.
- We never charge workers. No fees, deposits or deductions to find or keep work — ever.
- Our policies are public. So workers, clients and anyone else know what to expect from us, and how to raise a concern if we fall short.
Registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (no. ZC171727). We hold employer's liability insurance, as the law requires, together with public liability and professional indemnity cover.
Something wrong? Tell us.
One form for any problem: how you are treated at work, wrongdoing you have seen, harassment, fees or someone controlling you, how we use your information, or any other complaint. It comes only to Equation, never to the client. You can stay anonymous when reporting wrongdoing or exploitation.
